Deidre specializes in women’s health, with a focus on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, fertility support, and hormone balance. Her expertise extends to conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, perimenopause, fertility, BHRT, autoimmune disease, gut health, detoxification, immune health, and chronic disease. With over 21 years of experience, she is passionate about helping patients restore balance and vitality by addressing the root causes of their symptoms. She works closely with individuals facing hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, and digestive concerns, creating personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based functional medicine to support long-term wellness. As a certified fertility specialist through A4M, she guides families on their fertility journey using holistic and integrative approaches. Her commitment is to empower each patient to feel their best and achieve optimal health.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 21 years of experience in women’s health. Katie holds a certificate in obesity medicine and works closely with many patients on their weight loss journey. She specializes in hypercortisolism and is also an adjunct faculty member at Otterbein University. Her passion lies in helping individuals restore gut health through comprehensive gut microbiome testing, followed by personalized treatment plans involving targeted supplements and dietary changes.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, her doctoral project was on Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth Testing Strategies. Carla began her journey in Functional Medicine in 2021 during her clinical  preceptorship with Deidre Arms, and brings over a decade of experience to our practice. She currently serves as a nursing instructor at The Ohio State University with a clinical background rooted inpatient care, managing complex illness, disease processes, and acute injuries.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in the medical field, bringing a broad clinical background in pediatric and adult primary care, urgent care, and home health. Her diverse experience gives her a well-rounded, practical perspective in patient care across all ages. Lauren has a special passion for pediatric health and education, with a strong focus on nutrition, gut health, and early health promotion to prevent illness before it starts.
Her own personal functional medicine journey inspired her to expand her approach and join the Aspire Wellness Integrative Health team, where she is committed to helping patients uncover the root causes behind their symptoms. In addition to pediatric care, she works with patients of all ages in areas including gut health, hormone balance, and medical weight loss. Lauren is a member of the LEADS Head Start Health Advisory Committee, reflecting her dedication to both education and community wellness.
