With more than 16 years of healthcare experience, Jessica brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, organization, and compassion to Aspire Wellness Integrative Health. As our Certified Medical Assistant, she manages the behind-the-scenes clinical and EMR processes that keep patient care running smoothly while providing essential support to both our providers and patients.

Jessica plays a vital role in ensuring every step of the patient journey is seamless. She oversees many of the practice's backend operations, including managing medical records, coordinating prior authorizations, assisting with scheduling, answering non-provider patient questions, resolving billing concerns, and helping patients obtain the documentation they need for insurance reimbursement. Her attention to detail and dedication to efficiency allows our providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Inspired by Aspire's whole-person approach to healthcare, Jessica was drawn to functional medicine after seeing firsthand how it looks beyond symptom management to address the root cause of illness. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that is passionate about serving patients with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help them heal.

Jessica is committed to making every patient feel heard, supported, and cared for. Whether she's answering questions, coordinating care, or working behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently, her goal is to ensure patients always know they have a team advocating for them.
