Owner of Aspire Wellness located in Powell, OH & a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Roshini comes with over 20 years of healthcare experience in acute and chronic disease management. Her background includes managing complex conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and supporting patients through recovery and treatment plans. She is also a Certified Skin Care Analyst, with specialized training in evaluating skin health and developing personalized skincare strategies.

Driven by a passion for root-cause medicine and customized care, Roshini expanded her training into functional and integrative medicine to help patients better understand the “why” behind their symptoms. She takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to optimizing health, focusing on lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, and overall wellness.

Roshini also holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Sociology, along with an MBA focused on healthcare leadership and operations.
