Let's get to the ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS:
In this Introductory Consultation, Carla will provide lifestyle tips to help support gut health, review concerns and health history, and make personalized testing and / or supplement recommendations. Carla will evaluate your lifestyle, diet, stress levels, sleep, and mental health. She will also be bringing supplements and testing supplies for additional purchase.
At Aspire Wellness Integrative Health, we take a comprehensive history combined with advanced diagnostic tests like hormone panels, stool tests, food sensitivity tests to find the root problem. We will look beyond symptoms to uncover underlying issues such as:
Gut Health Concerns
Nutritional Deficiencies
Hormonal Imbalances
Chronic Inflammation
Environmental Exposures
And so much more!
We will have six 30 minute spots available from 9:15am-12:15pm at Pulse Yoga in Marysville, OH on Saturday, July 12th.
